What’s Net Impact you ask?

“Net Impact is an international nonprofit organization whose mission is to mobilize a new generation to use their careers to drive transformational change in their workplaces and the world. Spanning six continents, Net Impact membership makes up one of the most influential networks of MBAs, graduate students, and professionals in existence today.”

The Leeds Net Impact club is the largest club in the MBA program, and it’s no wonder that it’s so popular. In addition to the 5 sub-clubs that operate as a part of Net Impact, the club’s leadership team is so warm and friendly, passionate and dedicated that you can’t help but feel inspired in their presence.

Meet the Net Impact team!

President: Monica Rowand
In addition to being president of Net Impact,Monica is also co-president of the Net Impact sub-club, Board Fellows. Within the MBA program she specializes in sustainability and supply chain management. In her current professional work, she is a green sports professional and program manager focused on partnerships and fan engagement. She is also an accredited LEED Green Associate.

Vice President: Shawn Lindabury
In addition to being vice president of Net Impact,Shawn is also co-president of the Net Impact Case Competition. He spent his summer as an EDF Climate Corps Fellow. He has worked as Operations Manager of E-Go car share and was a Community Energy Educator in Thompkins County.

Treasurer: Dillon Treske
In addition to being treasurer of Net Impact,Dillon has served as a student consultant with Leeds Social Impact Consults (LSIC). Within the MBA program Dillon is specializingin real estate and finance. He spent the summer interning as a real estate portfolio management intern, has worked as an Energy Efficiency Specialist and a Deconstruction Outreach Coordinator.
