鶹Ƶ the Program
The impact internship program was created to connect mission-driven students with internships that they can be passionate about. CESR facilitates the recruiting process for natural products companies, B Corps, and other companies whose missions go beyond profit.
Our goal is to increase the value of the internships for both the company and the students by providing training and support along the way. To ensure that these internships meet this expectation, we have created the following requirements for companies submitting internships: they must meet or exceed living wage, last 12 weeks (10-40 hours per week), and have a professional workspace with two or more employees. With these requirements, we hope to recruit both the best companies and the best students to guarantee that everyone benefits from the experience.
All internships will be posted by 6pm on April 12th for students to view. The deadline for applications will be April 17th followed by interviews on April 22-25. Additionally, there will be a program kickoff, mid-summer check-ins with CESR, and a final presentation on students’ work at the end of the internship.

Networking EventsCESR is partnering with to host the event, Networking Naturally. This is a great opportunity to network in the natural foods industry and to meet some of the companies that are a part of CESR’s impact internship program as well as other local employers from the Natural Foods Industry. The event will be from 5:30-7:30pm at Lucky’s Market on Monday April 8th. Many well-known companies (including Justin’s Nut Butter, Danone, Eco Products, Noosa, Celestial Seasonings, Organic India, and more) will be attending. Many of these companies are also offering career and internship positions, so, put on your best business attire, dust off your resumes and join us for a night of networking with the natural foods industry!
If you need transportation, you can take the SKIP bus to S Broadway & Hanover Ave. A group of students will be leaving together at 4:50pm from C4C parking lot 319. Don’t forget to register for the event!
