Andrea (BAÌý’99) is an expert in social impact with over 20 years of international experience in resource development and social enterprise. Having spent a majority of her career in Ecuador, Andrea co-founded a consulting firm, AVAL Solunciones, to improve the financial capability of over 50,000 Ecuadorians. In the past, Andrea has also worked with organizations such as Engineers Without Borders and Mi Casa Resource Center.

Deanna Bratter joined Crocs, Inc. in 2021 as Vice President, Global Head of Sustainability & ESG. Deanna is responsible for driving the company toward its aggressive goal of achieving net zero, and enhancing commitments and impacts across environmental sustainability, social responsibility and corporate governance (ESG). Deanna came to Crocs, Inc. from Danone North America where she was Vice President of Sustainable Development/One Planet.One Health. In that role, she led the organization’s strategy and progress to addressing climate change, advancing responsible sourcing, restoring natural ecosystems, improving sustainable packaging, and supporting people and communities. Deanna holds dual bachelor degrees from the University of South Florida and has obtained certifications from the University of Denver in Sustainability Leadership and Implementation and Harvard Business School in Sustainability and Corporate Performance, in addition to completing Six Sigma Management and GRI training.

At Prosono, David works in P&L strategy, and has previously worked as a Supply Chain manager at Deloitte.

Jennifer is a Managing Director in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice at EY, where she leads engagements focused on sustainability and environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy, reporting and climate change with clients across a range of industries, including real estate, hospitality and construction. Jennifer has a robust history of volunteering, most notably on the board of directors for United Nations Global Compact Network USA, the local network chapter of the UNGC. Additionally, she is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado Denver Business School, where she teaches Accounting and Finance for Sustainability. Jennifer was named to the DiversityFIRST Top 50 Corporate Social Responsibility in 2021.

Catherine Ziac Boyd is Global Head of ESG Strategy & Operations at Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2023. In this role, she works in partnership with the Chief Responsibility Officer to determine the Responsibility Team’s strategy. She also oversees the firm’s approach to ESG data and analytics, content and learning – including internal and external training and thought leadership – and regulatory preparedness. Prior to joining the firm, Catherine held several roles at AllianceBernstein from 2017, including vice president, responsible investing communications and reporting manager from 2020 and most recently as vice president, responsible investment strategist from 2022. Before that, she was COO, director of finance at startup Quantac, Inc. from 2017. She began her career in institutional equity research sales at Nomura Instinet in 2014.

Chris Bauman is a professor of Organization and Management. He earned his PhD from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Chris Bauman's research addresses how people make sense of and respond to their social environment, including the individuals, groups, and organizations with whom they interact. One line of his research focuses on how individuals determine issues of ethics and fairness.Ìý

Maia YoungÌýearned her PhD from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and worked at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management for 13 years before joining The Paul Merage School of Business in 2017. Her research examines the psychology of individual decision making in the workplace, particularly the way that decisions can be affected by emotions, culture and religion.

With decades of experience in sustainability and operations management, Catherine is a passionate and effective leader in combating climate change and food waste. As the former Chief Sustainability Officer at Do Good Foods, Catherine oversaw the development and implementation of carbon accounting, reporting, sustainability and resource efficiency strategies for the company's operations. Catherine also founded Greener Solutions, a consultancy company providing fractional CSO services and ESG results.
