(MA Anthropology, 2021, 鶹Ƶ; BA Anthropology, 2012, 鶹Ƶ). Anna's research focuses on reproductive politics and the production of knowledge from clinical research trials. Before pursuing graduate school, Anna worked in oncological clinical research, which inspired her to consider the ways that advancements in medical knowledge intersect with socio-political conditions and inform the lived experiences of patients. As an undergraduate, Anna’s thesis explored ethnographic experiences of oxytocin administration during labor and childbirth. Her MA research focused on how pregnant patients navigated Covid-19 vaccination decisions throughout the first months of vaccine rollout. Anna's advisor is Donna Goldstein.
