Sasha Buckser (Archaeology, PhD听Candidate)听successfully defended her research prospectus entitled, 鈥淟iminal Elements: Exploring Converse Human-Coyote Perceptions Among Pre-columbian Indigenous North American Western Peoples and Colonial American Peoples Through Zooarchaeological Analysis of Human-Coyote Interactions.鈥� 听Her committee members were, Professors Will Taylor, Sarah听Kurnick, Doug听Bamforth, Fernando Villanea, and Emily Jones (UNM).听She now advances to PhD听candidacy.
