Theoretical, computational, and experimental dynamics of materials and structures; dispersive, resonant, dissipative, and nonlinear wave propagation; periodic and disordered materials/structures; phononics including phononic crystals and metamaterials; vibrations, acoustics, and elastodynamics; nanoscale thermal transport, nanophononic metamaterials (NPMs), and thermoelectricity; fluid-structure interaction, phononic subsurfaces (PSubs), and flow control; piezoelectric phononics; fast band-structure calculations.
