Dear faculty and students,
I am writing to let you know of building access impacts for your Friday afternoon classes in buildings near Folsom Field on Friday, Oct. 13, when the CU Buffs football team plays Stanford at 8 p.m.Ìý
A few key items to note:
- Classes will not be canceled due to the football game.Ìý
- All students, faculty and staff will be able to access the buildings, listed below, which will be locked starting at 3 p.m., as long as they have Buff OneCard access. Those who do not have a Buff OneCard should work with the building manager or building proctor if they need to conduct work, research or projects after 3 p.m. in the following buildings:
- Carlson Gymnasium
- Duane Physics and Astrophysics
- Benson Earth Sciences
- Porter Biosciences/Gold Biosciences Building
- Muenzinger Psychology
- Engineering Center
- Mathematics Building
- Access to Folsom Field and the plaza area around the stadium will be restricted beginning at 3 p.m. Only credentialed game day staff will be allowed in the stadium or plaza area after 3 p.m.
- Those with classes in the Gold, Porter and Muenzinger buildings will not be able to pass through the plaza and will need to enter and exit those buildings through other entrances.
- A few parking lots near the stadium will be closed all day. For other campus lots, parking will be restricted after 1 p.m. as detailed in CU Boulder Today.Ìý
Full details of the building access and parking impacts are highlighted in CU Boulder Today. Please review the CU Boulder Today story and do not hesitate to reach out with further questions you have.
Ìý
Sincerely,
Katherine
