Dear Leeds faculty and staff,
It is my honor to chair the search advisory committee for the recruitment of Leeds鈥� next dean. The College of Engineering and Applied Science has a special relationship with the Leeds School of Business, and I have great confidence that we will find outstanding candidates who are ready to take Leeds to its next level of success and further advance our interdisciplinary partnership.
As part of our search process, I鈥檇 like to learn more about the qualities and characteristics that you would like to see in your next dean. Although some of this information has been captured through the provost鈥檚 listening sessions in September, it will be helpful to the search committee and me to hear this feedback directly from you.
